How it works

Player sends a seat request
A player opens the WPG PWA, chooses a room and game, and sends a seat request from their phone.
Staff reviews and confirms the request
Requests stay pending until the floor reviews them. An optional on-site proximity check can be required before confirmation.
Player is added to the official waiting list
Only after staff confirm does the player appear on the official, floor-controlled waiting list.
Staff calls and seats the player
The floor calls the player and seats them. Every screen in the room stays synced in real time.
A seat request is not an automatic booking. Players are never added to the official list without staff confirmation.
