World Poker Guide is a directory of poker rooms and a tool for joining poker-room waiting lists and receiving seat alerts. We provide information and connectivity; we are not a casino, poker room, or gambling operator, and we do not facilitate wagering.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to enter a poker room or gamble in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of poker rooms is lawful where you are.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

- Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by unauthorised means.
- Do not submit false waiting-list entries or impersonate others.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Poker-room details (locations, contact information, availability) are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm details directly with the venue. We do not guarantee a seat or any wait time.

The Service links to third-party sites and services (including poker rooms and Discord). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Poker Guide is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its information.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
